Patrick was responsive from the beginning. He got us the bid for the new roof, stopped over to go over the details and explain the process, and then obtained for us a bid for new gutters and downspouts. He coordinated his work with that of our asbestos roof removal contractor and the gutter subcontractor. Patrick's employees are non-nonsense skilled workers. They completed the roof installation in two days without interruption. Cleaned up beautifully - no nails or other debris left in the lawn or elsewhere on the property. Patrick cares a lot about doing the job well and is very attentive. He knows his business. As I mentioned earlier, we had to get a specially-licensed contractor to remove our asbestos roof shingles, and Patrick was available to help us understand those bids. It really was a pleasure working with Keenan Homes and I could not recommend it more highly.

Everything went well, and it was a great experience.  Patrick and his crew did excellent work without leaving a mess, the foreman, Sebastian, was readily available to address any problems, and they didn't take any shortcuts.  Ultimately, they did a fantastic job, and my roof and gutters look amazing.

I had water leaking into my house through my flat roof due to wear and tear. I had multiple quotes to replace or repair the troubled area including one from Pat Keenan. Other contractors suggested I cover the existing membrane or repair the spot. Pat recommended I remove the existing membrane and replace it. He was up front about his unwillingness to cover or patch the area knowing it would only provide a short term stop gap rather than solve the problem completely. Fortunately the quote I received from Pat was more than competitive, cheaper than some quotes I received for covering the existing membrane. I selected Keenan based on Pat's demonstrated knowledge, sound recommendation, and overall price. The work was completed as planned, the crew was clean and professional, and the issue is resolved. Pat also noted the wear and tear on other areas of my roof and we developed a schedule to replace those over time. If you're having roof work done, I definitely suggest you contact Pat Keenan.

He did great! My roof works great, it looks great, and I just went through the severe weather this past Sunday without any problems. I feel badly that I waited so long to write this great review but now that I've been through the tornado producing storm, I feel it was the ultimate test. Plus Patrick was great to work with and he recommended a great plumber to take care of my basement sewer back-up problems that he had used himself on his own older home. Anyone who needs a new roof, no matter how complicated or simple, should contact Keenan Roofing. I will definitely call on him for future projects including new windows.

Can't say enough about how painless and perfect this experience was. When I called for an estimate they came right away. The knowledge of what needed to be done and what was going to be unneccessary was evident. They told me that my garage roof did not need to be replaced and they could save me money by placing shingles on top of the old ones and we would still be in compliance with code.
They brought sample colors to my house and gave their valued opinion on what would look best.
I received photo updates as the work progressed.
It only took one day. I went to work and when I came home it was done. If you didn't know what it looked like before you would never know that I had work done on the roof. They were that clean! Not one single nail or scrap shingle.
The solar powered attic fan was perfectly installed.

All the details associated with this job were great, from the first returned phone call to the last truck leaving my drive! Patrick was extremely helpful and more than pleasant. He obviously knows his business and gave advice that was appropriate and successful. His crew arrived at the appointed hour, worked very steadily with a minimum of disruption. The work was completed in one day and with a yard that was as clean when they finished as when they first arrived. Some of the stucco tore when the porch section was removed, and Patrick will return to neaten it with a nice piece of flashing. His estimate was clear and covered all contingencies. This was as painless a job as I could wish for!

Patrick Keenan is the owner of this company. He is an excellent guy. It was a small project and I got the feeling that he was willing to do the job. The person whom he sent out did a good job. Pat seemed extremely knowledgeable and he was not trying sell me something. He was trying to assess my needs and figure out what the best solution was. That is what I appreciated about him. He showed the different options and the benefits of the various options. When I asked him how he felt if I went with the lower option, he said that would do a fine job and if I face any problems he would come out assess it for me and that he would use it on his own home. He was honest and said that he did not know if there is a perfect gutter system out there and I appreciated that he was reasonable about things. His person was right on time and was respectful of the property where the ladders were placed and was very efficient of getting things done.

A wonderful experience, they were very carefull with my home and shrubs draping for safety. They cleaned up everynight no nails were found after. Prompt very curteous and hard workers.

Everything was very easy. Pat came in and gave me an estimate on the scope of the job and they did everything they said they would do. Pat and his crew were very professional and arrived on time and completed the work in 1 day. The price was very reasonable and we intend to have 4 more windows and a door replaced by Keenan Exteriors. I would highly recommend Keenan Exteriors to anyone.

Patrick was available immediately for an appointment to come and give me a written estimate. He quickly scheduled the installation to accommodate our schedule. The project went just as planned and looks beautiful. The site was immaculate, you would never know they were there.

I requested several quotes from different companies recommended by Angie's. The last one I requested was Keenan Roofing but let me tell you, I wish I had contacted them first! I set up an appointment with Patrick, who arrived right on time to my home. He gathered information from us, as well as inspected our attic to verify airflow. He sent me the quote a couple of days later. It was a little higher than the quote I was going to go with, but I got a good feeling about Patrick. I talk to him about the other offer, and we reached a mutual agreement.
The crew arrived first thing in the morning. All of them very nice and professional. They started to tear off the roof, dumping everything in a dump trailer. They placed a tarp over the side of the facade where the material was being dumped from, so our windows would be protected As soon as they finish the tear off, a truck with the material arrived. They started to work on the ice and water barrier right away, as well as setting up the felt. By around 4:00 in the afternoon the roof was completely finished. Also, they had cleared all of the debris that was on the driveway, as well as some debris that had felt around on the side of the house and in the backyard. At the end of the day, I did not find ANY material from the roof on the premises. It was like they were never there!
We are very happy with the roof, as well as very happy with the choice of hiring Patrick and his crew. Highly recommended to everyone interested!

What I liked best about Keenan Roofing and Solar was their ability to listen and work with us. We had some poor experiences in the past. They listened to what we did not like, took time to understand what items were of higher and lower priority for us, provided suggestions for us to consider than no other company did during their sales process, and made window recommendations at a price point was reasonable and balanced our needs. It was a large project. We replaced approximately 21 windows.Patrick, the owner, was onsite at various times throughout the project. Therefore, we did not feel like we were abandoned after the the sales process. The team that installed the windows were excellent, very professional. They cleaned up after every day of work vs. leaving clean up until the end and the house in disarray in the meantime. I felt comfortable with the team in my house. The estimated about of time for the project was the amount of time the project took. They made sure we were happy before they left.We highly recommend Keenan Roofing and Solar and will be comfortable using them again in the future should the opportunity arise.
