With both sales ans purchases she worked hard to make sure all parties were satisfied, not just with price but dates and terms.
Description of Work: Fran is great to work with. We have used her on four different real estate purchases/sales. We also used her to find a home rental on short notice when our renovations weren't ready on time. She has given us a great deal of information and ideas we would have never thought thought of. She is an incredible and professional negotiator on both ends of real estate transactions.
