+ -1 moreMy husband and I were impressed with how quickly and efficiently they took down our old garage and left the site free of debris. We thought they would start by removing roof shingles and work their way down but a couple of giant bites with the bobcat was all that was needed to have the structure come down.
Description of Work: Donco was subcontracted by my garage company to demo our old 1-car garage. Since their fee was part of our overall cost for the new garage, I don't know how much they received for this service.

+ -1 moreDonny and his crew did excellent work. We were very nervous about the garage demolition since it was attached to our home. They met with us before the job to walk us through the process and reassure us that the garage could be removed without damaging the house. Donny was confident and it was obvious that he was skilled and knew what he was talking about. During the demo they worked carefully and did an excellent job under tight conditions, working on a narrow lot with the neighbor's house just a few feet away. They were on time and professional and cleaned up after themselves. If we ever need demo work again, we'd definitely call these guys.
Description of Work: Demolished existing 1-car attached brick garage, removed concrete garage slab, removed concrete patio, hand-removed cinderblock from the exterior face of the house. We hired a garage contractor to demolish and build a new garage and Donco was a sub to that contractor. The price is approximate as we weren't given the exact price by the garage contractor.
