It's actually embarrassing that I used these guys. The "recommendation" I received on them was from a friend that said, "They're pretty cheap, but did an okay job. They forgot to paint two ceilings, so that sucks." I should've known then not to use them. But I did, to save some money, and at first was impressed with how confident they seemed to be about the job. They started out good so I recommended them to a friend that lived nearby. Big mistake. The painters kept saying they were done here, and moved on to my friends' house. We had to keep calling them to come back. They came back 3 different times to try and fix mistakes, but needed to come back a 4th time and they never did. If Angie's List allowed pictures I would post the spots on my floor, the forgotten painted ceilings, the areas where the dark paint got on the ceilings, the areas behind all toilets that were NOT painted, all the spots around the light switch plates since they refused to remove them before painting, and many, many more places where I couldn't believe how they were left. My friend also had a very hard time with the crew and ended up having to take off 3 days of work to babysit them every minute and literally wouldn't let them leave the house until certain things were done/fixed. They are pretty cheap, but even for a cheap price I would NEVER want someone to experience the stress of having these guys at your house. I now have to have every room they painted re-painted some day. I actually know someone else too that used them and she is even more upset than I am. Unfortunately they REALLY messed up her house.

When Juan and his crew first arrived, I was happy to see that they got started immediately...there was no wasting time. I will give credit where credit is do. With that being said, they do work dilligently...there aren't breaks except for a quick lunch. However, every day was a "short day." I quickly picked up on the fact that Juan overbooks. They race to get the job done in order to get out and move on to the next assignment. There were many times that I would see paint dripping down the walls. I had to point it out and have them fix it before it dried. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I should have followed them along every single step of the way. I can't even begin to tell you the number of paint drips all over my house. When Juan came to give me an estimate, I pointed out little nicks on the walls that would need to be patched, sanded and painted. These were not done. Many of the rooms need another coat because you can see the previous paint color coming through. On the final day, Juan told me that we would do a walk through and everything would be fixed. It never happened because Juan was racing out of the house to get paid by our contractor. He cared more about getting paid than he did about making his customer happy. That is when I really felt that he didn't care about the job. My husband and I were nothing short of nice to the crew. On top of the $3900 that was spent on having a horrible paint job, I bought the crew lunch that cost me $75. I went above and beyond to be curteous to the painters because I wanted them to do a very nice job. After a few weeks, a couple of Juan's painters came back to do touch-ups. They didn't get to finish because they had to race out to finish another job. I had talked to Juan and he said they would be back. He even went as far as to tell me a date and time that HE would be back and FIVE different times he was a no-show. I wish I could put into words how angry and upset that I am. Now, we need to hire someone new and re-do everything Juan and his painters did. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Juan is rude, inconsiderate and totally unprofessional. He won't respond to my phone calls or texts. FIVE times I was stood up by him. Not only did he do this to me, but he did it to other family members. My in-laws used him at the time he was at our house and they had to call him back because he didn't paint 2 ceilings that they paid him to do. How can you forget? Oh, it is because they aren't concentrating on the job! If you use Cisnero's Painting, you will be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! ZERO stars! If I could attach pictures, I would love to. It is a disgrace!!!!

They were very good. The price was right. They were very clean. They showed up on time. They were easy to get ahold of. They were there when they said they would be.
