I called Ciraulo & Sons on a Monday and the owner, Pete was at my house that Wednesday to look at my roof. He gave me an excellent price on repairing my roof and returned with his crew the following week and completed the job. The estimated price was my actual cost, there were no hidden fees or gimmicks, plus the warranty is excellent. Prior to calling Ciraulo & Sons I had called four other roofing companies--two, failed to show-up and two, quoted outrages prices. I highly recommend Ciraulo & Sons to all family and friends and I will definitely call Ciraulo & Sons for all future roof or siding issues.

After reviewing the estimates, I chose Ciraulo & Sons to replace the roof on my twenty-five-year-old home. Although their bid was not the least costly, I felt very confident (after speaking with Pete) that the job would be done properly. My questions were answered honestly, explained thoroughly, and I knew I had made the right decision. On June 19, 2012, a crew of 8-9 men arrived bright and early to remove the old shingles, repair any damaged plywood, replace four skylights, install an attic fan, and put on a new roof. Leo, the foreman, couldn't have been nicer. He has been with the company for many years (also a very good sign!) The job was completed in one day...and when they left, you would not have known they installed a new roof were it not for the dumpster in the driveway waiting for next day removal. Their clean up was truly amazing! I would not hesitate recommending Ciraulo & Sons to friends and family...in fact, I already have! They are an extremely professional group to do business with. Pete knows his stuff, instills confidence and delivers a great product! Thanks so much!

Pete returned my call and came out to do an estimate. When they came out to to do the job, they were efficient and professional. The roof looks great and the shingles match the other part of my roof.

Pete was very thorough in his estimate and in how the work would be done. He was very good about making sure we understood what our options were and the best way to proceed. Pete and his crew of about 8 or so showed up early and within minutes there was a roll off box being delivered and his guys were stripping off the old roof. By 10 AM the shingles were delivered and were being placed on the roof while other workers were fixing the leak etc. The method the crew used kept everything very tidy and 99.8% of the debris went directly into the roll off box. Almost all of the work was done by 4:15 and the place was spic and span all the way around. One worker showed up early the next day to do the downspout and a few other minor things. Although it has not rained yet, we have every confidence that my leak has been fixed and we will be looking at this roof for many many years to come. All in all this was a very positive, timely and reasonably priced experience. I would highly recommend Pete and his crew to anybody knowing he would do a good job for them.

Very Well. After not being able to determine the source we call a few companies listed on Angie's list. Pete was one of the first to call back. He spent time on the phone to talk through the problem, where he thought the issue might be, what he thought the next steps were, and gave us an estimate if it was a simple fix. After talking for about 30 minutes, we scheduled Pete and his team to come out and have a look at the problem. Pete and his team showed up exactly when they said they would. His team got to work on the roof as Pete looked at the problem inside. The problem was as Pete suspected. Leaking vents. Pete was there with his team to ensure they were' doing a good job, and they finished up in about an hour. I recommend you give Pete a call if you have roof challenges. He certainly knows the roofing business, and construction in general.

Ciraulo and Sons did tear off of about 3 layers and a complete reshingle on our house and garage as well as replacing the gutters on the garage. They also installed an attic fan and removed an old out cropping on the roof. We pursued about 4 or 5 bids for roofing and Ciraulo came in at a reasonable middle bid. Since i work at home I was meeting with most of the estimators without my husband, Pete Ciraulo was very informative and educational when he came out to do his estimate and was also very willing to call and discuss additional questions my husband had. He did not try to upsell on things we did not necessarily need. Our start date was delayed a day due to Ciraulo's weather delay on a another job, but Pete kept us updated all along the way. Once the job started, the team was very punctual and efficient. They made quick work of both the tear off and the roofing. And kept the area as clean as possible as they went along. They needed to take down part of our fencing to get in the yard with the roofking materials and they replaced the fencing each evening as we have dogs. While doing the work, the roofing team discovered an issue with out addition that require the movement of an electrical service line. Pete contacted me immediately, explained in good detail what the issue was so I was able to correctly inform our electrician and the team also provided a work around until the electricians could get out to fix the issue. When we had the electrical work complete, Pete sent out a follow team to finish the work. They also checked in with me on whether we had any other concerns and they addressed a couple of minor changes that we requested. We were very please with the job and the final look of the new roof

They were on time and worked overtime on a Friday to finish the job. Pete's a good guy and his crew are diligent professionals and do a quality job.

Nothing happened. I could never get in touch with him again. Maybe he went out of business, maybe he had a family emergency. I just don't know.

Great! Very knowledgeable and gave additional advice regarding the home in general. All of the other reviews that I relied on to call Pete gave a perfect impression of the company. Since I had massive leaking in my living room, he fit me in as soon as he could instead of making me wait 3-5 weeks as other roofers had wanted. He also quoted me the fairest price for the job and didn't try to make me fix everything under the sun. Other roofers had quoted me 2-3 times the same amount for the same basic roofing job -- don't be fooled! Always get multiple, detailed quotes. Pete even left me with roof samples to pick out before he came so that my fiance could decide what color. Pete was keenly aware of his product and services and I would hire him for any other roofing needs that I have. They almost finished same day but were one pack of shingles short -- which turned out to be great, as Pete came back the next day with a worker, finished the roof, and was able to make a next-day inspection and fix all the little details from the previous day's work.

Pete has a great crew that has been with him for over a decade. He runs a relatively small operation so can give personal attention to the work. He spent considerable time understanding my situation and answering all my questions. His crew showed up on time, when promised and worked late each day to finish up this large project in only two days. They take old-world pride in their work, make every effort to minimize the impact on the homeowner, and clean up after themselves better than I ever expected. I think his pricing is fair and very competitive. He also provided an extensive list of referrals in my area. Names, addresses and phone numbers - so I could look at the roofs and see the quality of the work.

They came when they said they would and they did a pretty nice job.

They did an excellent job although the price went up based on my first estimate.

Pete was great. Just like some of the other comments on this page, he was extremely up front, honest, and knowledgeable. He told me his crew probably wasn't big enough for my job. But, he stayed another hour (!!) and walked me through what I should be looking for and educated me on the roofing process. Knowledge is power when dealing with contractors. It was a professional move on his part and I trusted everything he had to say (especially becuase he wasn't bidding on the job). I will call Pete again in a heartbeat if I need anything, and will refer him to my friends.

I can't say enough about the owner Pete and his crew. Outstanding work ethic, I asked if they could postpone the job until springbreak was over, they accomadated me with no issues. They came out were very efficient the roof looks great! None of my neighbors nor I can believe the whole job was compleed in the very same day! I saved over 1/2 from what I expected to pay. Materials were top notch and I was able to choose my colors online.

They provided personal service. The owner did the estimate. With the first job there was something. He had some questions on, and he came right out and changed it. My wife wanted something done on those differently, and he was very accommodating. After he had gotten her money, he was still very helpful. Their work is of good quality. On the first job, it was just excellent. On the last job, they didn’t clean up as much as they could have but we contacted them and they came out and just picked up some bags from the top from the roofing and stuff.

He was excellent. He is very efficient in following up. It was good to know that he came to check something. I have recommended him to others. He took some time to call back but he did respond. He came when he said he was going to. We will definitely use him again in the future.

It was a good experience. The salesman, Pete, was very engaging and explained everything well. He did the work when he said he would. I would use them again in the future.

They were wonderful. I received a bid from them for the people, who were buying my house. It was a very reasonable bid. In general, companies tend to do more replacements than repairs. However, this man came out, out of the kindness of his heart and he looked at the house. He said that he would be willing to do repairs on my house. He threw a reasonable bid for the buyers of the house. He was so nice and so professional. He was a really trustworthy person. If I need my roof or anything fixed, I will absolutely call him. He would be the first person I would call. I would recommend him because I really trust him. I had a long conversation with him. He got to know him as a person. He was very responsive and punctual. I would totally use him in the future.

This man gives small business a good name. Honest, direct, timely, everything you want from someone you are hiring to work on your home. I would use this business again and will gladly share my story with anyone who needs a roof repair.

We had a leak and called several roofers for a repair. Pete was the first to contact us. He came over went up on the roof found the problem with the leak and repaired it. He also took pictures to show us the problems with our 18 year old roof. My husband went up onto the roof with him and realized immediately himself that the roof was in bad shape. Pete was wonderful, he took measurements and sent a quote a few days later. We received estimates from several roofers. Pete was the only one that actually went up onto our roof to look at it and knew what areas would need special attention. We were very impressed with his crew. He took no payment until the work was done and we were satisfied. He never charged us the for the repair he did which stopped the leak that was causing damage. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

I spent about $600 on the job. They did an excellent job. The quote was accurate. They were professional and very good. Everything was done beautifully. I would recommend them because they really know what they are doing. Also, their prices are great compared to other places. They are neither the lowest nor the highest. I really felt like I got my money’s worth from them. I will use them again in the future.

The crew arrived on time, the work was done in a timely fashion. All debris was removed, except for the occasional nails found on garage floor.

From the first visit to provide an estimate, Pete was very informative, respective to questions and willing to talk through what we needed done. He gave me an estimate onsite and followed it up with a written estimate within a couple of days. Pete was very knowlegable about all the building codes and permit requirements in our city and while he took care of all details on obtaining permits, dumpsters, etc he was also good at informing and educating us on what was to be done. The crew showed up on-time and started to work immediately. They kept the work area organized and cleaned the space up each evening before they left, including replacing a fence section each night because we have two dogs. When the crew encountered an issue interferring with their ability to complete the roof on our addition, Pete contacted me immediately to discuss what needed to be done and how they could temporarily work around the situation until we could have another craftsman repair the issue. The team completed the rest of the job and when we contacted Pete to let him know the situation had been resolved, the team return within a couple of days and did final repairs. We are very happy with the work and would use Ciraulo & Sons again. We have already recommended him to others.

Although we went with a different roofing company for our house, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pete to others. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the roofing process. He showed up on time for the estimate and made sure we understood exactly what was to be done on our house. He was personable and his quote was in the ballpark of the two other quotes we were looking at. We would certainly trust him to do work on our house and won't hesisate to contact him in the future.

Overall, the work was excellent. The roofers showed up on the scheduled day, worked very hard and long hours, and completed the job in two days. Clean-up went well. Pete, the owner of the company, took the time to explain to us thoroughly what was needed and why. We are happy with Ciraulo and Sons and would recommend the company to others.
