Carpets were cleaned well but stain removal was somewhat lacking. We were unhappy with the amount of water suctioned after cleaning as compared to other cleanings. We didn't have standing water on our basement carpet but it was close. We were offered no remedy when we contacted the owner immediately after services were performed.

We to move furniture due to service provider only one person. Chairs, dresser, etc cleared before service otherwise would have missed a lot of carpeted area in bedrooms. Stain appears to be returning to hallway carpet cleaned

Didn't remove any of my stains that I had them come out to clean for me. I gave them notice in advance about certain stains I had on my rug so they could be prepared to remove them correctly. Stains are still there and on my mattress once it was dry all the stains came Back too. Disappointed waste of time and money.

Did an outstanding job cleaning some very tough stains in some areas. Two young workers were fantastic.

The furniture looks great! My only complaint was that they called to move up the appointment and then the technician was over an hour late. But he was very professional and did a very thorough job. Would definitely have them back.
