The person never introduced himself. I didn't realize that the back of the couch was not supposed to be cleaned. The person seemed to be somewhat amatureish.

Gary was both professional and personable. I will use them on any service that they provide that I need.

2 men came. pre treated my carpet, moved the furniture, replaced the heavy things. They were in and out in 1.5 hours. Good job !!!!

They did a wonderful job. They were willing to do whatever I asked; were efficient and the cleaning was very good. Next time I want them to also clean the furniture.

The owner was very courteous and professional and was anxious to accommodate my needs. He immediately answered my call on a Saturday. I was given an appt time that was convenient for me. My only concern was that I had to ask the cleaner to do the stairs a second time to get dirt along the edges. He hand tooled them and they were much better.

Arrived on time for both pick up and drop off and provided friendly and good quality service.

Gary answered quickly to my request and questions. An appointment accommodated my schedule, not theirs. The men that came out to do the work were professional and careful in my home. I had a large, custom sofa in a white upholstery, which required dry-cleaning and the results were great.
