The team at Bella were very prompt, responsive and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning my sofa and even giving me advice on how to remove the piling. I’d originally expected they would remove the piling as part of the service but I was mistaken. No matter, they were fantastic and did an amazing job.

Still to soon to know how the job turned out, as the chair is still drying.

Dissatisfied

Very responsive, great service and did a great job on my carpet, even the high traffic family room. Although I was hoping the one area would look more like the other part once cleaned.
