I would recommend them, they did everything I asked them to do.

We very well. They seemed to know a lot about trees. Did their job after listening carefully to me about what I wanted. Cleaned up after themselves. I will call them again this year.

They were quick, professional, did the work perfectly, and cleaned up everything afterward.

Estimate received was higher then the others. Plus the fee didn't include hauling away or coverage incase of damages after they arrived to do work.

Service was great. They were willing to walk the property and quote me without me there, which was very convenient. Very professional write-up was in my mailbox when I got home. Answered my questions quickly and confidently. Price was about $100 less than the next competitor in line, about 15% lower. Certificate of insurance was emailed promptly upon request. They did the work while we were away (again, very accommodating) and sent a bill to follow. The work was well done, exactly to contract. Overall very professional group and I'd recommend them.

Was told that it would be 2-3 business days before a sales person could visit my home to provide a quote. Asked if anything could be done sooner due to the severity of the situation and that the trees were in jeopardy and was told it would be minimum 2-3 business days for a QUOTE. No sense of urgency or empathy at all. Would never contact or recommend this company due to how I was treated on my phone inquiry.

They arrived earlier than expected. They rang the doorbell and went over the estimate with me to make sure they will take care of the right trees. They worked very efficient and cleaned up very well. I was very pleased with this company.

The job was done perfectly. There were 4 large trees on the lot and all were overhanging the house and the house next door and both garages. There were electrical, phone and cable wires entangled in some of them, too. When we bought the house the first thing we did was to sign the contract to have all 4 trees removed. We had used Winkler's for two jobs in the way distant past and knew that we wanted to use them again. We got the estimate before closing and signed it on closing day. We had to wait 5 weeks, but it was worth it. The crew of five, with several very large cranes and trucks, arrived on time early in the morning. They worked very efficiently all day to finish the job. There was a fence in the back yard, where two of the trees were. So there was some very fancy juggling of giant logs into trucks. The electric company had to be called to take down the power lines to both houses, and Winkler's took care of arranging for that ahead of time. The other two trees were in the side yard between the two houses. I thought the job was impossible and couldn't believe that they were able to remove all of that wood without damaging anything. I was sure cable would be out or that something would go wonky at the end of the day, but all was fine. They had a chipper truck for the branches/trunks that were small enough for it to handle. The other big logs were placed into a truck via crane and taken away. Two of the stumps were outside of the fence and we had those both removed. They did a great job of grinding them down, even one of them that bumped directly into the fence. The other two stumps behind the fence were taken down as low as humanly possible. The fence door opening wasn't big enough for the grinder machine to get through. I wouldn't hesitate to use Winkler's again for any tree work.

Tree was removed as quoted and requested. Overall I would say they did a great job and I have already recommended to neighbors. Only complaint is I would have preferred if they clean up some of the wood chips a bit more but their quote was very competitive so I was ok with having to do a little work after.

They lifted the crown up and trimmed the lower branches. They did an amazing job.

Prompt and pleasant estimate given and, although there was about a five week delay in getting on their busy schedule, since there was no emergency it was well worth the wait; it cost exactly $500 less than the other estimate. Workers showed up exactly on time and worked efficiently, clearing up as they went. A very professional job and I would certainly use their services again.

Great. On time. Fast. Done well. My only comment would be they did not remove wood chips from the stump removal. Landscaper said this is bad for my lawn. I have to dig it out.

It was great. They were the best price in town by a few hundred $. I was skeptical but i read the reveiws and they did an amazing job. When i got home from work, the tree was removed and everything was so clean i couldn't tell they were there (note, my husband was home when they came). I have already recommended them. They have also started treating some trees for beetles.

Overall experience was great. Crew arrived on time and if I recall correctly took about 4 hours if that. The guys also took away the loose sticks and branches from the side of my house. They consulted with me before the work started and after they were done. There was a branch they missed and the crew happily removed it.

They were great. They were on time and friendly. They cleaned up well. We had no problems with them at all. The pricing and the quality of the work were very fair.

We have been having Winkler's take care of two trees on our property; trimming and fertilizing. We also just started the lawn service. They have separate staff for expert care for trees and the lawn. All staff have been knowledgeable and helpful and the care is tailored to exactly what our trees and lawn need.

Tree injections done last year and again this year for emerald ash boar disease. Cost is key at $128 a treatment, and without additional pushing of other services. Satisfied customer.

Awaiting results of "fertilizer".

The estimator came out the day after I called to look at my lawn, but i was not home when he came over. The person I spoke with when I made the initial phone call took my information and said the estimator would look at my yard and leave an estimate letter in my mailbox. Well, he didn't understand what needed to be done, so he called and we spoke and agreed that he would come by this week, either Monday or Tuesday (today) in the morning. He failed to show up either day. I called him around 11:00 this morning to say that if he wasn't going to show this morning, I would need to go a different direction. He called me back while I was leaving him a message, and I missed the call, so I called HIM right back and he didn't pick up. I left another message but I never heard back. I don't like to use companies that waste my time and are unprofessional right from the get-go as I fear it's a sign of things to come. Too bad for them! I have a lot of trees and could give them a lot of business!

Aside from a higher price,the only negative is that their truck left oil stains on a newly installed concrete driveway. I was told that they were aware of the leak, and they did put put a tarp under the truck when working to prevent stains. That was OK while working, but there was no protection when driving out of the driveway and oil stains were left in that area. Frustrated that they were aware of the problem, were asked not to use the driveway and didn't prevent stains. The truck should have been repaired before putting in service. Would recommend Winkler's based on their professional and skilled work, but watch where they park and don't let them park in your driveway to do work.

They were prompt and worked quickly to prune the trees. We asked for some additional branches to be removed from the maple since some of the branches hung over a volleyball net in the backyard. They also kindly cut some landscaping timber into smaller logs so that they could be taken away during the city's annual spring cleaning. Would use them again.

Called for estimate. They called back that day, came out the next morning to give an estimate. Called two others and never heard back. Scheduled job for May 6th and they showed up at 8:00 that morning with very new equipment and two very qualified men. The job was done and TOTALLY CLEANED UP in just a little over 2 hours including removal of all wood, raking and blowing. When I called to confirm the price since I added some work, and they lowered the quoted price back to the original quote before the added work because "its only fair based on the amount of time the crew was there". I couldn't ask for any better service, price or results.
