Description of Work: Their arborist evaluated two trees in my back yard and suggested an injection of fertilizer at a cost much different than the suggestions of a competing arborist that we dig around the roots of both trees at great cost and disruption. We'll see if the treatment worked in the spring.

Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate and then, later came out and provided the service. They were professional, they cared about the work that they did and how they did it, they covered my bushes and lawn with tarps and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with the job that was done and would call upon them again, when I need a tree or branch removed. Excellent service.

THEY ASKED FOR PERMISSION TO USE MY NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAY. THE DRIVEWAY IS ASPHALT OVER BRICK. THEY LEFT TIRE RUTS IN THE DRIVEWAY AND A TRENCH. THEY DENTED HER GUTTER, AND THEN BROUGHT BACK THE SAME HEAVY TRUCK TO FIX THE GUTTER. THEY SAY THEY ARE NOT TO BLAME, AND THAT THE DRIVEWAY WAS ALREADY IN POOR SHAPE, BUT ALL THE NEIGHBORS CONFIRM MY UNDERSTANDING OF THESE EVENTS.
