DELUXE PAINTING

Description of Work: I hired Victor to paint my living room (which I had already primed) and my master bedroom, which needed to be primed and painted. No ceilings needed painting. He said it would take two days, I needed to supply the paint, and would cost $400.00. By the end of the second day, he had only primed the master bedroom and finished the living room. He said he would need a third day. Since I only took off from work the two days, I told him I would let him in, but he'd have to finish on his own. Half way through the day, I got a call at work saying the bedroom paint from Home Depot wasn't sticking to the wall. He went back to exchange the gallon, but also this new batch didn't stick. He said he would need to work a fourth day, but he would also need more money. When I came home, I had him collect his things, paid him his money, and told him he was through.

Description of Work: Appointment was set for bid - on that day, Victor called to reschedule for the next day. Did not show up for the next day's appointment, did not return phone calls.

Description of Work: Wonderful painter! Victor is a perfectionist. He charges a flat rate of $200.00 per day and painted the living room, upstairs, and upstairs hallway. He also painted the downstairs hallway and kitchen. I had just remodeled my kitchen and had new cabinets and a very expensive bamboo floor put in. Victor did not leave one drop of paint on either! I was thrilled with his work.
