Description of Work: Steve Brenner, of Brenner Electric, was our "go-to" man for all things electrical for approximately 12 years while we lived in Riverside. The last time he helped us was to address anything we needed before we put the house on the market. He had done everything from upgrading the service to our house, new service to a new garage, running lines underground from the "pole" to buildings - to a simple outlet in the floor or switching a light fixture or light in a closet. Can't say enough about his professionalism and courtesy.

Description of Work: We have used Brenner Electric about 8 times over the last 7 years. We found out about Steve when we were having our basement waterproofed by perma seal. They forgot to mention we needed a separate electrical outlet for the sump pump. Within the day, Steve had it completed. He is quick to return calls and has provided accurate and competitive estimates for all our work. He has installed both indoor and outdoor outlets, rewired a fussy 2way switch, replaced old wiring as needed(our house is from the 1920s), installed lights in various closets, installed ceiling fans and did a gorgeous job putting recessed lighting in our living room- our favorite project to date! One of the outdoor outlets wasn't working about 3 months after he installed it. One phone call was all it took. He came out and fixed it for no cost.
