basement waterproofing, wells, drain pipe
+ 1 moreWe are part way through the project and it is going very smoothly.
Description of Work: Dan evaluated our situation based on some intermittent flooding and seepage a couple times per year. He thoroughly walked through the basement and looked at the trouble spots and then also outside. He customized a solution in a couple phases to make sure we address my specific situation. He did not try to sell us something that we did not need - it was very consultative. You will never get to 100% dryness based on weather but you can severely limit the exposure down to 98-99% of the time based on some simple solutions. He recommended based on where the water was coming into our house, rerouting our gutters under ground and putting drain tile up against the house on the South and West sides (not the rest of the house). Finally he is installing an outdoor sump pit and pump that is in the most troubled spot to eject the water further out from the house. I am confident in the work they are doing to eliminate our problem and I also know that Dan will stand behind the work for 5 years. Highly recommend if you are in this area.

+ -1 moreIt went very well under difficult circumstances. Dan at All-American was able to tackle all the unforseen problems that were uncovered during the course of the project. His solutions were custom tailored to the problems. He did not try to sell me the "solutions that work for all problems" that the big water proofing companies tried to sell me.

+ -1 moreI called Dan of All American Basement Waterproofing when it was discovered by Tritan Plumbing that there was a crack going right through where they were repairing a main waste line coming through the foundation. Dan came right over and reviewed what was wrong. He came back when Tritan was ready for him to do his repairs and did an excellent job both inside and outside. Dan was courteous, professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend All American Basement Waterproofing to anyone that needs that service. Thank You.
Description of Work: Repaired a foundation crack from the inside and outside working with plumbers who were on the job for repairs. He came when I called in a panic within 20 minutes! He was at a job a few streets over and came to check out the problem. Came back when the plumbers (Tritan Plumbing) were ready for him to repair the foundation and made sure that the job was done right.
