Description of Work: I FORGOT TO UNSCREW MY GARDEN HOSE LAST WINTER AND THE FREEZING BROKE THE SILLCOCK. ART AND ARTHUR CAME A DAY AFTER I CALLED. THEY REPLACED THE BROKEN SPIGOT AND INSTALLED A BALL VALVE SHUT OFF SO THE WATER WOULD NOT HAVE TO BE TURNED OFF FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE IF A FUTURE REPAIR WAS NEEDED. THE TAB WAS $ 245 INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR WELL UNDER BIDS I GOT WITHOUT THE SHUTOFF VALVE. GREAT JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
