I specifically joined Angie's list, with a groupon deal, to get a good plumber to clear the hair clog from h***. I actually changed my mind from my first decision on who to use and I am very glad I did. I think I got a better deal because of my research.I went from Angie's list to the website to learn about Wagner Family Plumbing and I found that there was a coupon available and I could request and schedule a service call right from the website. I didn't have to make a separate phone call! I was able to get a very convenient appointment.Art called ahead to tell me he was coming. He arrived 15 minutes into the 2 hour window I was given. He looked around at everything. We dealt with the estimate concerning a sump pump replacement first and he answered all of my questions. I then left him to deal with the clog. All of the work was finished in less than half and hour and, once the paperwork was done and I paid him, he was out of the door in 45 minutes from the time he arrived!Art was friendly and even wore those shoe booties even though I told him he didn't have to.I know a clogged drain isn't really that big of a deal, but we are going to have extra people in the house because of a family wedding and the drain would have caused a huge problem getting everyone through the bathrooms efficiently.Art also told me how to maintain the drain so, hopefully, it won't clog for a very long time.

John was actually waiting for me to come in, looked it over and got to work. Did a clean job and by dinner the ice was made.

This is the 2nd time i have used this company very friendly and very professional.

Mike, was on time, helped to discuss options to diagnose problem. Work in a bathroom was previously performed by a contractor, so I needed to go back to them before starting plumbing repairs.

Mike come out within 2 hours and explained my options giving me a full description of what was required. He returned the next day and had the whole job done within 2 hours. highly, highly recommended!!

They were at our home within a few hours. They were very professional, and will use them again.

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job.

They did a great job! They arrived on day when this area was flooded, so a lot people where having issues with that. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to accommodate my request. When they arrived, the crew worked incredibly fast and cleaned up very well. They even mopped my floors because of the flooding. The only draw back was the cost. It did seem a little high, but not completely out of the ballpark compared to other companies.

I think their service was good, and I don't have any complaints.

Wagner was able to come out the next day after I called them, which I appreciated. Overall, I thought they did good work.

After attempting to repair a leaky shower head myself (Sunday night) with a new Kohler pressure cartridge (with new washers), it turned out to be the flow regulator rather than the pressure cartridge on the Kohler shower unit. The problem / urgency was that this shower unit has no local shutoffs. Hence, the whole house water had to be shut off and once the gasket / seal was open, there was no way to get it back on without a major leak. I called Wagner plumbing on Sunday night and hit their answering service and within 10 minutes received a return phone call from a plumber. Talked through the issue and avoided the Sunday night emergency fee by scheduling an appointment 1st thing Monday morning. I give BIG kudos for this type of responsiveness. At 8:00 am, I received a call from the plumber who was on his way and arrived at 8:30am. Although he didn't have the replacement part, he was gone no more than 45 minutes and returned with the correct part (flow regulator). Wagner replaced the faulty regulator and was finished in less than 30 minutes with all water to the house restored by 10am.

The plumber was pleasant, knowledgable, and hard working. He got the job done for a reasonable price, and there were no problems.

I got them off the list. They were unbelievable and this was in December in the sub-zero weather. They worked until 1 o'clock in the morning, outside to resolve my problem. I couldn't say enough about them and the quality of their work was just fabulous. They had to dig up the pipe, so they were digging frozen ground and then stand there in the frozen ground and repair it. They were out there with flashlights and I couldn't believe it. I spent about $6000 on that service and I think given the circumstances and conditions this price was fair. There were three guys out there and they started work at about 4 in the afternoon and finished it at about 1.30 in the morning.

Roto-Rooter was the company that came out and told us what needed to be done after we started getting back-up in our house. The estimate that they gave us was $8500 for the job that needed to be done. Not too sure about the price, we called Wagner Family Plumbing for a second quote. They came in $3,000 cheaper, were friendlier than Roto Rooter, and took care of every single detail! From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Mike and company over at Wagner Family Plumbing.
