He did not charge to come and look at my washing machine to see what the problem was. He was back 2 days later to put in the new part. It had to be ordered. He had it fixed in no time. He said my machine was still in good shape, so I decided to fix it. They don't make things like they use to. It is working great. He is coming back to work on my stove. He is very knowledgable. I would highly recommend him.

I reached the technician on the first try; he was answering the call from out of the office. He was familiar with the problem (apparently, an all-too-common one) and gave me a rough estimate on the spot, but told me he would call back later the same day (Tuesday) with a firm price and information on parts availability. It was actually Thursday morning before I heard back from him, but he immediately apologized for being late with the return call. However, even though I had made no commitment to have him do the work, he had already acquired the part and could come out the next day to install it. We agreed on an approximate time for Friday afternoon. Late Friday morning, he called and said he was ahead of schedule on his calls, and could come over immediately if that was OK. He arrived about 20 minutes later and completed the repair in less than a half-hour. He was friendly, professional, and courteous.
Description of Work: Service technician replaced control panel display on a 6-year-old Jenn-Air built-in oven.
