Under the Sun Home Inspections does inspections of residential and small commercial buildings. We offer a comprehensive inspection and easy to read report that helps you make one of the biggest decisions of your life. We offer a variety of inspections to cover all aspects of the buying and selling process. We offer the buyers inspection for residential home buyers who are looking to buy a property, a pre-inspection listing for the person who wants to have their home inspected before they sell, the new construction inspection that allows the buyer to have inspections on components before they are covered, the 11th month warranty inspection for new homes that have a warranty, and re-inspections that allow buyers to have us come back out and inspect defects that where found and fixed before the transaction takes place. This is an owner operator business. The Inspector has over twenty years of experience in the building trades and wants to bring his knowledge of the building trades to you in the form of peace of mind knowing that your house is sure to be a home.
