Project Manager stole our money, James Reed made excuses and pointed back to his PM not having experience with scheduling. Paid 50% roughly $4500 to have them replace the entire basement wall. Did work that was not on the contract and didn't ask if I wanted it done, therefore I didn't pay. Supposed to finish end of October and because of the weather, they failed to seal the cinder block, they proceeded to backfill the majority of the dirt and as of today January 2024, the work is not complete and we had several pipes burst because of his incomplete work. He will not take responsibility for his lack of workmanship and I'm holding him accountable now and will seek legal action. Since the foundation isn't sealed, it is now susceptible to cracks. I have documented everything from pictures to conversations.

After having a bad experience with a local company, a friend recommended this company. JR and his son were extremely professional. The work was done in a timely manner and with a good quality. Highly recommend.

Never use this company. JR kept coming up with excuses for the reason he was never there to oversee his crew, and why his crew was always late ( supposed to be a 9am start time won't show up until lunch or later). Only time he showed up was to ask for advances in payment. Workmanship was terrible had to have things redone including plumbing (toilet not bolted to the floor, pedestal sink on attached to studs in wall fell and broke). He is always blaming his workers but it's only because he hires people for the day and most don't know much about the tasks being asked of them. WATCH HIM LIKE A HAWK. will also ask you to pay for supplies or parts he didnt think to put in his bid. His bids are very vague so you refer back to it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

First of all, we hired him in July and paid half.. he never got started on the job until late October after coming back and requesting the rest of the money up front. We gave him a little more but not all. Afrer complaining that the weather was going to get bad several times to him, they finally showed up to start the job. They did take the old shingles off the roof but did not repair the sag in the roof as promised. The siding got started and was worked on between other jobs. When it was done, 2 days later we had a windy day,and several pieces pieces of the siding off. It took several calls to get him to come out and repair it. I am still waiting for him to come repair a piece that blew off for the third time. I finall paid some one else to come repair his mess.I would not recommend this fellow to my worst enemy. He also tried to renig from some things he told me he was going to do. I had to remind him what he told me word for word then he agreed to fix them.
