Joe came highly recommended by my son-in-laws father. Joe came after another contractor spent 3 days and cost me $500. We called him on a Sunday night and he came first thing Monday. He checked all the lines and looked in the unit. He took out all the old freon, and replaced a couple of intake lines. He also replaced the couplings. He then checked the pressure while he was recharging the unit. It would charge properly. He then took out the freon again, and installed our window unit. He took the freon back to his shop and dried it many times. He came back on Tuesday with the dried freon and installed a dryer on the unit. It still wouldn't charge properly. He told us he would keep trying to find the problem. On Wednesday he took apart the furnace to get to the coil. It was completely clogged. He tried to acid wash it but it didn't come clean. He also tried to acid wash a filter and it also didn't come clean. He told us he would try to find a new coil but he wasn't sure he could find one because the furnace was so old. He called on Thursday evening and told me that he had located a coil cheaper than he thought. He came first thing on Friday. He couldn't get it to fit. He had one of his guys come and help him and they got it in. He told me that he would be back on Monday to see how it was working, but if we had a problem over the weekend to just call him. He was very happy that it was working. If that didn't work he said we would have to replace both units. He worked very long hours and many days helping us to correct someone else mistakes. He is coming back this fall to check on the furnace to see how it is running. We are all hoping it will make it. Joe is very pleasant to work with. He recommended a plumber to fix some of our problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

It went extremely well! It only took a day and a half to do the replacement of the furnace and central air conditioning. Which included the tear out to the old system.
