+ -1 moreHe had to pry off the old door. Which was stuck do to improper installation. He had to pry of the old door, and then had to cut away let rotted wood and replaced it. He took off all of the old trim and managed to save all of it. With help from one of his guys they finished it in about 5-6 hours. We had to go out of town before him was finished we told him to just close the door and lock it and leave us a bill. It was finished and cleaned up we returned 8 hours later.
Description of Work: Leveled and installed a new patio door. He is very trust worthy and cleans up after himself. I will also leave him to finish a job if I have a few errands

Description of Work: Replaced shingles, repaid sheeting, installed ice and water strip, installed 30 year shingles, insalled new roof vent.
