Not good at all. Covered scuppers so that water does not drain off the roof, which is a moot point as rain water pools toward the center of the roof. The $5,000.00 "special quality" paint is peeling off after less than two years, and leaks have developed inside the house after having initially been fixed.. After numerous calls over the course of a month and assurances that the problem with the paint would be remedied, there has been no follow-through.

Work performed far exceeded our expectations! The roofers, despite being a man down on a few days due to health problems, got the job done with a smile and a kind word. Some of the issues that were tackled include: Bump-out over dining room required a rubber roof; removed old metal roof over this section Rotten wood found along roof edge in several areas, required 22 feet of new wood Front and back porches required complete replacement due to age and animal damage Roofing included re-taring, re-flashing, and repainting to complete the job. Overall time was two weeks, but the results are incredible. Very pleased with work and personnel. Despite the additional work required on the porches (discovered after existing roofing was removed), we were not charged a penny more than the original estimate.
