Was quoted a price of $100.00 if they used the plastic pop up I had or if they used a brass pop up the cost of that popup would be $35.00. I had Jason install the brass popup thinking $100.00 plus $35.00 would be $135.00. They charged me $153.37. I have been paying monthly to get them paid off, but instead of going down, the bill goes up and some of the payments aren't even credited in spite of them cashing the checks. Vera does the office work and her math is not even close to being correct. Jason also decided to remove the aerator and "clean" it. He couldn't take it apart so he banged it against the sink a few times, and after that it sprayed all over. I took it off and the piece in the aerator was broken, so I went to Menard's myself and got a new one. They won't be back.

They did a very quick job but a very good job.

I rushed down from Chicago to arrive on time and he never showed. I finally called the company and the secretary told me that he was at another job. Neither he nor anyone else in his office bothered to tell me that he wasn't going to show, nor that he was willing to show up after the other job. And of course, not even the courtesy of an apology. Luckily, I found another company that was willing to come out at the last minute and do the work, and when they heard what Webster's had done, they didn't even charge me the usually emergency fee for doing the work on such short notice. Incidentally, my rental is only 1 1/2 blocks from his offce. I will never call this unprofessional company again.

The installers were prompt, curtious and professional. The did an excellent job and I am very pleased with it. I would hightly recommend their service.

I have used Webster's Plumbing and Heating for 10 years, both at an apartment building I own as well as at my own home. I have been very pleased with them and never had any problems, whatsoever.

Webster's has always sent out very knowledgeable service technicians. I've used Webster's for 8 years, doing everything from replacing a stripped screw to installing central air conditioning and furnaces. No job is too big or too small. Customer satisfaction is also their first, and foremost, concern.
