Roto Rooter does not rod. They jet which is more expensive. They come our for a "free" estimate. Then they tell you they need to jet your line and camera it. That "service" will only cost $360. They did fine with the service, but there are much more cheaper options. They also misdiagnosed the problem and wanted to charge over double (nearly triple) the cost of other companies to do the job. They also made a huge mess in our house by tracking sewer "fluid" throughout. They did not clean up. They hooked our garden hose up to their truck, after they jetted and used their water, without permission. I asked three times for progress updates while the work was being done, I could tell there was a problem. They only said "we are still working on it." Not a pleasant experience. They are a big franchise and I would recommend Dave at Hamende. He will do a much better job and cost half as much.

The first time they cleaned the line everything seemed fine, then it clogged again in less than two months. I asked them if the cleaned the whole line the first time and they said it hadn't been necessary, even though roots were the cause of the clog. They came out again and charged me full price and also left the clog (roots and paper) laying in my driveway.
