KRICK'S FURNITURE REPAIR

I took a wooden chair to Krick's Furniture Repair to have some work done on it. The work was minor just needed to have it re-glued and strengthened as some screws were loose. I dropped the chair off and was informed that they would call with an estimate of how much it would be and when to expect the work completed. That was on 11/12/15. I patiently waited for a call in the subsequent days that followed but no such call ever came. I called them the following Monday and the only response was that I could only leave a voicemail (no one answered my call). Again I gave Krick's some time thinking they might be very busy what with the holiday and all. Thanksgiving came and went and still no phone call from them. I called them back with no success, leaving message after message on their voicemail. This nonsense continued until I my patience was exhausted and i realized that they were not going to call me! I went back to Krick's and picked up my chair on 12/10/15. Never once was any attempt made to call me and inform me of the status of the work I wished done. When I picked up the chair all I got were very lame excuses as to why the work was not done and why no return calls were ever made. Truly this is a sorry way to run a business. If I could give Krick's Furniture Repair a grade less than an "F", I would do so in a heartbeat! I advise anyone to avoid this business like the plague!
