I have had a horrible experience with Goodberlet heating and cooling. They are liars, manipulators, and deceivers and they never stand by what they said they are going to do. I spoke with Rick as well as a C Parish and all they continue to do is lie. Now they make it my responsibility to cover the trenches in my yard even though I had a scheduled appointment for someone to come out and do it because that is what the company told me that they would do and I have been waiting MONTHS! Now Rick has no idea who I spoke with he says that lady doesn’t even work for the company and he does not want to send anyone to put the dirt back in the trench holes that they dug. Even though I was promised that they would. They get your money then they lie they hide give excuses and they blame you for the reason that they won’t come back to fix the problems.

We have always had them. We are pleased with them. They are very professional. They did a good job. They come when they are suppose to. They are on time and very courteous. We haven't had any complaints with them because our system is new. His price is fair.

I would give him an "A" for everything. He was courteous and professional. He did his job. He came in like a regular house call. We didn't have any problems at all.

Install start time was accurate. Intalled in the allotted 3 days. Service personnel were professional and considerate.

That was good. When they had major installation by and put an entry for that. After the installation, they come back promptly and try to rectify within that list and they hue with it. They were good at what they do. The person that did the quote and estimation was always been responsive. And they know what they were working with.

Melanie from Goodberlet provided the quotations and was prompt in providing responses when she said she would. She also was as the job site nearly every day to monitor the progress of the work, answer questions coordinate scheduling the workers.||After discussing system options and age of the heating system also it was decided to replace both the boiler heating system, the A/C system, add several duct outlets to the second floor and install a stand alone Mitsubishi room heating / cooling unit for the second floor office.||Installation was originally scheduled for 4 days but had to be broken into two segments due to some delays on obtaining equipment. ||Workers were always professional and willing to answer questions as they performed the install. They cleaned up work areas at the end of each day and never left any mess.

Frustrated, nothing done correctly... this from a person whom I have used a recommended for over 20 years.

They were completely professional from top to bottom. They provided a warranty for both their labor and product for about ten years. Their prices were also competitive.

Goodberlet is the best in the business as far as I am concerned. Their customer service and performance is always friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I called for emergency service when my thermostat malfunctioned, and they came right out to make the repairs. They are also very accomodating when scheduling appointments. I would highly recommend Goodberlet.

Obtained estimate of various aspects of the work above during annual furnace maintenance. Work was then scheduled and performed accordingly. The technician explained everything to me as he worked. He was professional, courteous, easy to talk with and kept work areas very neat during and afterwards. He left no mess. Explanations were clear and thorough. I was and remain very satisfied with the work performed and continue to use this service provider for routine furnace/air conditioning maintenance.
