Description of Work: He consulted with us about caulking the tub, showed us why we didn't need it, and told us he believed the leakage to the room below was from the toilet. He felt that the plumbers resetting the toilet corrected the problem. He gave us the name of a local electrician to repair the light/fan/heat switch. We felt he was very professional.
