Lawn Pro Plus, Inc.

Mr. Nelson took over the previous company that I had used and renamed it. He had worked for the previous company and learned the customer's needs. I contacted him via phone after the last large snowfall about removal of the snow from my drive and sidewalks. He remembered my location from my name. It was late afternoon when I had called him and I wasn't expecting his crew to be able to get to my residence that day due to the large amount of snow we'd had and the number of calls for service that I'm sure he was fielding. He assured me that they would be by that evening. They later arrived and quickly cleared the drive and walks. The area has had a lot of snow so we've large piles already. The city snowplows have left huge piles near the street and when they make their passes they push the piles across the driveways. The folks of Lawn Pro Plus pushed the pile farther back along the length of my sidewalk so that the city plow is less likely to be able to block my driveway on their next passes. The snow season isn't over yet, but I'm expecting the folks at Lawn Pro Plus to be able to keep my garage accessible to it's end.
