The job was incomplete and Sunnyview never returned to finish the contracted work. Multiple calls to Sunnyview ended up in a Voicemail that was "full." I contacted Angies List by Email and telephone and was told by "Donna" to make this complaint. I do want the work contracted for completed as soon as possible, if possible by a more responsible service.

Team was great!! Cleaned front and back yard in less than 2 hours. Hauled everything away. Very happy and will call again for more lawn cleanup and future landscaping.

Horrible - company never responded to me at all!!

How did it go? Considering the company wouldn't call me back and now their VM is full and now I've waited weeks for nothing, not well.

Sunnyview Landscaping refuse to complete project. I contacted Sunnyview Landscaping before I purchased the Big Deal of 1750.00 from Angis's list to ensure all I required would be complete. Sunnyview assured me that all would. I was delayed with my start date according to Sunnyview because of the weather. Two men arrived at my home on April 7th only to complete 3.5 hours of work,( they removed several bushes) when I call Sunnyview I was told the would be returning the next day. On April 8th , and again completing about 3.5 hours of work (moving rocks from one side of my yard to another. I call Sunnyview manager as I saw them leaving and I wanted to know why they have stop the work, when will they remove all this garbage and rocks and when will this be complete. He said they could not come today( April 8) and that they would be back on Monday April 11 the clean up and complete the job. No one arrived on April 11, the call the manage of Sunnyview on Monday and was told they will come on Tuesday April12. He also said that they had already complete half the hours of work. Total was about 7 hours of work, yet he tried to say his workers had completed 22 hours in 2 days. And, that what I paid for would only cover 40 period.. I was confused and upset because that is not true..I called the manager on Tuesday April 12, and asked what time I can expect to see the workers, He said they will be their between 830-9am. At 930 ,I call him back to ask where they were, the manager said He was around the corner from my home and he would be there in minutes. He told me that his worker was in a auto accident and no one could come today. I again ask him to please get his workers to a least clean up my yard and remove the debris and pills of rocks. Then he informed me that his equipment was broken, so clean is not possible He said he did not know when he could complete this projects. He further stated he needed many weeks, but still could not give me a date. It was Sunnyview who suggested I get my refund because he cannot complete this project. I am extremely upset with sunnyview Landscaping. He attempted to say that because I was demanding he come and complete the project that I was the reason the auto accident occurred, He also stated that driving to my home was very far and difficult fro his works and taking them way out of their way. He knew where I lived before the purchased the Big Deal. He then went on to say how little money he was making from this project. After this conversation the Sunnyview Manager , i knew I was not going to get project completed and yes It was be best for me to request a refund. I called Angie's list while he was still at my home. The sunnyview manager was very unprofessional and made me and my husband very uncomfortable. He was blaming us as to the reason he is unable to complete this project. I am requesting a full refund. I just joined Angie's List last month. I did not realize I had 30 days to cancell this project.. I certainly would not have waited to start this procject 3 days before the cancellation deadline. . But Sunnyview is aware of the 30 day cancellation. He purposely delayed my start date. I now have to hire someone to remove all the debris and rocks and to complete the remaining project of cleaning and planting. I have gotten two estimates . Just to remove the debris alone will cost us approx 600-800 dollars. Yes, I would like a refund as soon as possible. Please note also, I do not want any further contact with Sunnyview Landscaping. No service provided, which was a bummer because it seemed like such a great deal.

I set up an appointment for a Friday morning as that was the only time that worked for the individual coming to our house to discuss the work (or else it they couldn't get to our house for another 2-3 weeks). So I took a vacation day from work to be sure not to miss this window as I didn't want to wait weeks just to discuss the future work. The day of our appointment, the individual failed to show up with no call or update. An hour after the 2 hour window they provided me, I called asking where they were and to call back. They didn't answer, didn't return my voicemail, or ever call me back to explain why they never showed up. I still have not heard from anyone at the company. Thankfully, Angie's List was able to refund my purchase. I will never (attempt) to hire this company again.

We are very pleased with their service. They came on the time and date scheduled. We will use them again in the future.

We purchased a two-flat in August that needed TLC. The yard was a mess of weeds and overgrown vegetable gardens. I don't know how they did it, but the guys cleaned up the long-neglected yard and hauled away the debris in two hours. They whacked weeds, trimmed bushes, cut back overgrown plants, and cleaned up all the debris, including any that fell into the neighbors' yards. It would have taken us weeks to do all that. The yard looked great when they finished, we didn't have to worry about getting fined by the city, and our tenants knew we were going to look after the property.

Everything went fine. They came on the time they said. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use them again.

They did cancel a couple of times but then they finally came. It could have been better service because I did call him a couple of times and it took a few weeks to call back, but they did come and finish. They did okay. They could have done better. I wouldn't use them because they weren't responsible enough. When I called them they said they were too busy and they had to postpone it a couple of times.

His work is very good. Good attention to detail. The out come was great got compliments from those who saw his work.

The men worked quickly and efficiently, and finished all the work I was hoping they would.

The job went fantastic. They did a great job even though there was snow on the ground. They were quick and responsive.

$300.00 I felt they did a good job and were timely when called. It was late end of season and they came within a few days. They brought four workers and were done in three hours. I was happy with the job and will ask them for an estimate next spring for more tree and stump removal and bush trimming.

They were prompt and thorough, polite and quick. My yard looked like a different place. I will definitely use them, again.

Got the $199 yard cleanup special. They missed two appointments, one in August and one in November, so I didn't really trust that they would make good on the third one so I didn't take another day off from work and was all set to hire someone else. But they did make the appointment and did an exceptional job in 2 hours on a job that could have easily been much longer. My neighbor was impressed with the quality and time that they took to do the job. Exceptional! But they do need to stop overbooking! However, it was worth the $$ and I do want them back for landscaping in the Spring.

The service provided was excellent in all aspects. Mulch was applied around the plants properly as well as edging around the beds. I would most definitely use this company again.

Owner has good advice and high expertise on solutions to existing problems, which were needed. However, when in a hurry to get to next job, he may not get to execute all of his good ideas and level of quality espoused. Will update review as we see how it actually works. When they are in hurry to get to next appointment, quality of job slips; otherwise, I'm sure they do good job. Gives extra on the material where needed at no charge, retains some material not used, so a fair give/take on materials. To owner's defense, not all previous issues from another contractor were fully resolved, so may be why they held back somewhat.

After getting a ridiculous price from a company referred by a friend, I checked out Angie's List. Juan responded quickly and had someone come out to give me a quote - I didn't even have to be home! The price was spot on. I confirmed what work we anticipated would be done, which was essentially moving gravel and soil, inserting some type of block or brick to alleviate the soil pressure off the fence, secure the fence panel, and push the soil back into place. Juan sent a 3-man crew to complete the work. They were polite and efficient. When they arrived, we discussed the project again. I was pleased to see them actually weighing the work to be done and contemplating the best way to accomplish the job. When they were finished with the project, they proceeded to clean up the area - not just their tools, but they actually removed all of the yucky leaves from the entire area! I was watching in disbelief and elation. THAT is great customer service. I asked, if their schedule allowed, if they could possibly trim the bushes up front and do a quick clean-up as more wet, yucky leaves were sitting in my mulch. They were able to accommodate my request. They quickly and effortlessly trimmed everything up and removed all the gross leaves. The front yard now looks awesome and ready for my Xmas lights! As our yards - back, front, and sides - lack a finished touch, I will consult Juan in the Spring with respect to our landscaping. Not only do I intend to become a regular, but I will also serve as a referral source. As long as the rates remain reasonable and the great work continues, we will have a longstanding relationship!

Once appointment is scheduled, they were on time, also they suggested better way to do the work. The quality of their work is very good. Recommend.

Spoke to the provider said he would be out tomorrow and that if we agreed on a price he would be out next week no show no follow-up call.

I called Sunnyview the Friday after Thanksgiving to check if they were still doing fall clean-up. The owner returned my call within a few hours but I wasn't available to take the call so had to call back, which I did that evening. He called me the next day, Saturday, and we made arrangements for his crew to come the following day, Sunday, in the morning to get the clean-up done. Sunday morning I was given a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way and they were at my house around 9:30 am and finished the work within two hours. They did a great job, were professional and were punctual both in calling me to discuss the project, letting me know they were coming and getting to my home within the time frame they gave me. I was quite pleased especially since I seem to get all the neighbor's leaves in my yard which is on the large side. I thought their price was fair for what had to be done and I will definitely use the again. Thank you for a great job well done!

They called me to confirm what we set up through the website. They didn't show up on the agreed upon day, but called me and rescheduled. I am happy with the price, service, and communication.

Think went pretty well. They moved some things that were in the yard like our kids toys. They did not move the picnic table however.
