Sunnyview Landscaping & HVAC Pros

NO work has been done. Three (3) dates were set-up for March service. I do understand that we were "hit" with rain, making it impossible to aerate, but we've had many dry days making the grounds perfect for aerating. The last date I spoke with Mr. Hernandez he stated that he would perform services on Tuesday April 18, 2017, NO SHOW/NO PHONE call. I've called and left message and as of Monday April 24, 2017 I have yet to hear from Mr. Hernandez. He exhibits NO professionalism.

They were really good. They couldn't come right away because of the weather here, but they were really good. They were very knowledgeable. They were excellent.

Good. The weather delayed their initial visit.

Aerating, to be successful, requires heavy equipment that I probably couldn't have rented. And even if I could, it is hard work best left to professionals. Sunnyview worked quickly and appeared to do a good job.

They are always responsive, very professional and they do a great job.

After getting in contact with them, the work was scheduled quickly and completed without issues. They did recommend not serving on area that didn't need service where they could have done it and charged extra. Honesty was refreshing.

Excellent. Workers arrived on time and worked diligently all day long and into the evening.

The tree was already down and they were hired to removed the trunk and stump. All went well.

Juan came out and gave us an estimate immediately. His workers worked during the cold days cutting and hauling debris away. They returned in the warmer months to plant the hostas. They were fast, dependable, and polite. Job well done.

It went extremely well! Juan and his crew of five (5) showed up on time and went to work without delay! The cleanup job took them a good 5 hours to complete, but by the time they were done, my "yard" had a different look all together! Excellent job!

Contacted Sunnyview and was told they'd stop by the property and call me right after with a quote. Never returned messages left, not sure if they ever went to property to look.

These guys did an AWESOME job!!!!!! I didn't have any hope when I first started looking for someone to do this job, it was big but they performed, great job!!!!

EXCELLENT! Called Anay and Juan for an estimate on removing a dying tree and various bushes from the root plus to prune two other existing trees in my yard. They were very professional, punctual and their pricing was very fair and I didn't feel ripped-off. Looking forward to enlisting their services again...HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

I called Sunnyview for an estimate for the work needed for our new home. They came out in a timely manner and cut our grass that day. However, I never received the estimate from them for the rest of the work we needed done. I've called and texted the person who came out, and I haven't gotten a response in over 2 weeks. I wanted to move forward with getting the work done, and they blew me off. Needless to say they are not getting my business, and I will be working with a company that is competent enough to provide an estimate in a timely manner.

Guys were very polite, helpful, and professional.

Very well. Very dependable and neat work. Take care in doing work. Do not just operate large machines on lawn which cause tear in and uprooting of grass.

It was actually okay and I was on the site today. It was the first time I used them. They were on time. The did good with the thrashing of the grass. They showed have done what they said they would do in the ad. They said trimming but I had to ask them to trim. They were about to leave and I looked over the work they did and there was still trash underneath the bushes so I had to get them to back to get out the vehicles and clean out the rest of the trash. They did not do an exemplary job with the bushes. I do not feel that they fully honored what they were supposed to do. They did the job for about an hour and a half. They said because of the temperature, they were not able to do the triming.

Sunnyview did a great job! Once we agreed upon the service and what day, they arrived on time and completed the job in under two hours.

2 workers showed up at 7am. they were quick, thorough and clean.I had a lot of stuff to be cleaned up. I felt bad since one of them was working with a bad leg, but even with the boot he was excellent. Will definitely be using them again

I requested a quote on June 3rd, 11 days later I have not heard from them through e-mail or phone. I requested a voice mail be left should I not be available at time of call. On same day of request they did say thank you and that they would contact me.

Everything went great! Juan came by prior to look at what we needed done and we were able to approve the materials before hand. Work was done in one day and everything looks amazing! There is an even a guarantee if the perennials don't come back next year. I would recommend Juan and his crew!

I had trouble with scheduling and communicating with the company. Because of the delay in scheduling, Sunnyview Landscaping offered to give me $40 back for the inconvenience. I have yet to see any money from them yet and they do not answer the phone. When I call the phone number, the voicemail box is full, so I can not leave a message to follow up with them.

Did not perform the work; can't be reached

The job was incomplete and Sunnyview never returned to finish the contracted work. Multiple calls to Sunnyview ended up in a Voicemail that was "full." I contacted Angies List by Email and telephone and was told by "Donna" to make this complaint. I do want the work contracted for completed as soon as possible, if possible by a more responsible service.
