Description of Work: Contracted with Sunnyview Landscaping to aerate my yard. I was traveling during the entire week of the visit, and the scheduling assistant suggested that the team could take pictures and send them to me after completing the work. The gentleman that called me the day before to confirm my appointment stated that he would not take pictures after the work was completed, even upon my request. When I got home two days after the work, it looked like portions of the yard had been completed, but others had been skipped. Since no one was home, I'm not confident that the entire yard was aerated.

Description of Work: Brought and spread 3 yards of mulch. I was scheduled for this service on a stormy day and they did not make it out in time because of all the rain. I had to leave home & couldn't wait so I called & spoke to the owner. He said he would be out himself first thing the next morning and that is exactly what happened. He was very professional, friendly, hard working and eager to please. I will definitely use Sunnyview again!

Description of Work: They aerated the lawn, waiting until the conditions were right to avoid damaging the lawn. Done quickly, as it's a small yard, they spent almost as much time making sure things were cleaned up as the aeration took. Well done by nice guys.

Description of Work: There was a delay in aerating my lawn partially due to rain but, I believe, also for Sunnyview's scheduling convenience. They need to worry more about the convenience of the customer rather than their own convenience. Overall, though, I had a good experience with the lawn aeration itself and would use them again.
