The company made an appointment to come out via a text message to see what was needed however, they never came.

Very smooth. Very responsive, very polite, very clean. Did what I wanted, when I wanted for the price I wanted. He's my guy from now on.

They removed the bushes arrived on time, but damaged lawn at bottom of driveway by driving on it. I had to call back to have agreed upon work completed. I wanted landscaping put in, he kept saying he would give estimate for mulch and plants, however never heard back from him. I contacted twice, and it's been over 3 weeks.

Fine. Did what was expected and done. Maybe I’ll have them do my lawn for the year.

Arrived on time, job completed in one day, kept me informed of progress, verified any uncertainties before proceeding, called after completion of job to make sure I was satisfied and to give instructions on care of new sod. Great work, can’t wait to enjoy my yard this summer!

This is the second winter I am hiring Sunnyview Landscaping to provide snow removal for my house, my father's house, and my aunt's house. My experience last year was excellent. The crew comes early so that when we wake up and my husband is leaving for work, our driveway and walk are already clear. My dad is elderly and the crew salts his walk and makes sure it is ice free for my dad's safely. When I have had a question or concern, Juan is very responsive. If I don't reach him immediately, he typically returns my call within 15-30 minutes.

Good, we tried many companies that wouldn’t do our small yard. Glad someone was willing to get this done for us.

Great. They were on time, professional and polite. The lights were installed Quickly and they look great.

Last year, it went fine. They came out, gave us a fair price and did a fine job. This year, he said he would come out and give me a price, but never showed up.

We established a date and time via email. They arrived at the arranged time and performed the service professionally. They were polite and friendly during a walkthrough of the yard afterword to make sure that I was pleased with their work. Even blew the leaves off my sidewalks - which wasn't necessary as the leaves weren't there because of the work they did. Good guys, I will use them again for landscaping services.

THEY DO BEAUTIFUL WORK, VERY TIDY AND EVERYTHING IS AS I ENVISIONED IT. THEY ARE ALL VERY POLITE AND WORK WELL WITH WHAT I WANTED TO DO, ALSO GIVING ME GOOD ADVICE ON MY PROJECT. DELIGHTFUL TO WORK WITH. MY ROSES HAD TO BE MOVED AND THEY ARE VERY PRECIOUS TO ME. THEY TREATED THEM VERY SPECIAL.

They did not show up, nor contact me, I'm the day that they had scheduled me, which was right after I paid Angie's List, for the service. In the end, the aeration, finally, was completed. Prior to completion, they kept scheduling on days THE MEDIA NEWS kept projecting possible rain, or T-storms ... and, of course, it would rain, or storm, so they couldn't do it. They NEVER had, nor made, any time to come do mine on the stretches of long sunny days, we had! I felt like they were choosing to do lawns, for people, that was paying them more, or something ... or, maybe, because I am a woman, and they figured that I wouldn't make any waves, etc. Anyway, what made it all worse is that I'm the one that had to keep contacting them, to see when they were going to do it! I was given a 1:00 p.m to 3 p.m window appointment (the guy, unexpectedly, showed up at 9 a.m., EARLY), because the deadline that JULIE assigned to the aeration to be completed by, again, was approaching (they had missed two deadlines prior, where I had to call to get renewals). Which was another problem that I had with this company ... contacting JULIE ... I HAD TO DO IT, to make sure that I didn't get fined, or worse, they punctured a gas line, or another kind of line! I do believe in giving second chances; however, because I'm dealing with health issues ... this experience has been too stressful.

They arrived on time had suggestions to help my lawn. Seemed knowledgeable. I would use them again.

NO WORK DONE! Had appointment dates schedule, due to rain in spring "change of schedule." NO problem. When re- schedule for appointment "NO SHOW" twice and NEVER received call. Attempt calls made to company (numerous voice messages left). Finally spoke with owner and canceled service. Money was refunded. Would not recommend, due to POOR professionalism.

Juan and crew removed old lawn with a sod cutter and leveled ground with three yards of soil. Installed with new sod. The next day they mulched the landscaping with dark brown mulch.Very happy with everything.Juan was nice to deal with and I plan on using him in the future.

It ended up costing the same, I did not spend more. They did just irrigation.I didn't come into contact with them other than over the phone. They were fine, they were professional.

everything went well once we scheduled the date it was raining on that day but they called to keep me apprised of the situation and subsequently come the next day late in the afternoon.

At first they were nice enough. We first discussed how they were going to price. We were late enough in the year that a huge monthly fee for most of the items would have been too expensive. We agreed we would go ala carte with a max not to exceed; I did pay a higher cost initially under the assumption that next season "once they learned the property" I would get better pricing. Gutters were extra and fairly reasonable in cost. The mowing was average. They applied owner provided treatments as necessary. Sunnyview does NOT know how to trim bushes and really did a poor job. Winter has come and gone. And I noticed services being offered by Sunnyview as a big deal on AL. Tried calling many times, emailing, NOTHING! We are getting later in the season and I have not heard from them. They did this to me and to at least 2 other families. We trusted them at their word... pay more now "while we learn the property" and we will deal with you next season.

It went horrible. He did provide any of the services paid for and was the most arrange, liar and cheat I have ever spoken to in my life.
