Description of Work: They did a complete job of aeration of our lawn front and back. I was pleased with the service. Several date adjustments had to be made due to weather, and allowing for that, they did the work in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: I cannot get ahold of them. Their voicemail system is full. They have not responded to my emails. I have contacted Angie's list. I used them last year and they were very good. That is why I didn't hesitate to buy their service again. We arranged a date--but the weather was awful. I talked to them about other landscaping work to be done. But, now I can't reach them. I hope they are still in business. They did "A" work last year. I would be happy to use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted the business several times in regards to a deal for the spring clean-up from Angie's List. I called and used the contact forms on their website and through the Angie's List contact method. I received no response from the business. I feel that not contacting a potential customer who has attempted to reach a business on multiple occasions is the most unprofessional action a company can take.

Description of Work: it went very well. the only issue was that I knew my garden would need more time than the amount included in the $99 deal. however I never got the callback to arange for more time. when the crew showed up we were able to increase the time.
