They did whatever was was needed to make the roof of my 120-year-old house leakproof, while staying within my budget. (I could not simply afford to have the entire roof reshingled.) In the process, they tuck pointed the chimney, installed a new cap, installed new metal flashing, and repaired weak spots in the crown of the roof, all in five or six hours. And they left no mess at all. I will call them again if need arises.

They came out late on a Friday afternoon as it was getting dark to shovel all of the snow off our roof to stop it from leaking into our ceiling, which was pricey, but worth it. Came back a few days later to repair the roof. Very responsive, and warranty their work.

Steve replied to my urgent call within an hour. He was able to take drone pictures of my roof and demonstrate the need for a new roof. He and his crew scheduled the work within a week and got the job done quickly. They were professional and thorough and sensitive to the neighbors. Clean up was great. I’d definitely recommend them.

Steve and his crew did a great job. You can't really see where they did patching in the front of our historic home, which is what we were hoping for.

Steve is a professional polite person. While the overall tuck point was ok, his team slathered my brick chimneys with concrete instead of tuckpointing it. Not sure they can ever be salvaged. Work was completed ahead of schedule, two days versus three. Two-story brick Greystone. Steve did provide a discount given the issue with the chimneys.

Very professional, on time!

Even though it was late and a cold winter night, Steven and just crew arrived at the promised time (7:30 pm) on a late January night. Anthony, Juan, Caesar and Anthony worked hard and diligently yet extremely carefully to clear the high snow on our roofs (house & garage) and the packed snow and ice from our gutters, along with very heavy and long icicles that were hanging from the gutters. They worked from 730 till approximately 1130 to remove everything. I did a remarkable job as well as the cleanup of the snow that had been knocked to the ground from the roof. I would highly recommend them, and I did because after they left my house and Niles they drove to my sisters house in Arlington Heights and at the same job for her. Way to go Steve and crew to a job well done. They took the worry and fear away but I had regarding the dangerous levels of snow and ice that had accumulated on my roof and gutters away.

I hired Steve and his team to remove snow from my roof and repair it. They responded quickly and worked very efficiently in an emergency situation. I was very impressed with their customer service and plan to use them for additional work in the Spring

Steve was very friendly and worked with me to find a solution to take care of the grinding and tuck-pointing I needed done as soon as possible. When I expressed concerns on whether or not the front facade of my home would look consistent if we only did spot grinding and tuck-pointing, he assured me that power-washing and their work would help achieve a fairly seamless aesthetic. His work did not disappoint! I felt like his team was very honest and worked hard to get everything done. Hopefully this will last a long time before I need to call him and his team again!

I was looking for an ASAP chimney repair. Steve called me the same day and provided a free estimate the next day. I had 3 quotes and selected Steve based on his quick and thorough response as well as the fact that he pointed out some additional home health issues I was not 100% aware of. The crew came the next morning and Steve supervised the work throughout. They tuck-pointed, replaced deteriorated brick and mortar and finished earlier than I'd anticipated. They even scraped and painted a piece of decorative wood trim that was chipped in the front of my home. The workman were clearly professional, friendly and cleaned up at the end of the job. When I realized I didn't have photos of the finished chimney work (to compare the "before" to "after"), Steve sent a workman back to take them for me. I'm very impressed and happy to give 5 stars to QRT...Steve will ensure you are satisfied!
