Davis Roofing was able to come out and repair a leak in our roof right away. This was a leak caused by a different roofing company's error in installing a vent from the kitchen. Davis fixed their error, which no longer leaks, and replaced a few shingles for us in that area. They also looked at our shed, which was in bad shape and gave us an estimate for work on it. The estimate was really fair. In fact, we are having them come out this month (4/2011) to do some of the work they quoted in the estimate. They are really polite and punctual. Professional and trustworthy. I trust them for the work they've done and would/am using them again!

I am going to use them but they haven't started the work yet. They answered my questions. They were very professional.

They were very responsive and their prices were very good. They were the original roofers and they mentioned that something was done that should not have been done a particular way when they were the ones that did the roofing originally. I don’t know if the salesman realized that they were the ones that did the roofing originally. I did not go with them because they did not offer me an extensive line of roofing like the other roofing companies did. They only talked about two brands of roofing and did not get into some of the other more extensive lines. Once I saw some of the other brands I liked those brands better and I don’t think that they were carrying that particular brand. The price they quoted me was in the range of $8,500 and $10,000. They were really responsive and professional.

They were good and showed up on time. They went up on the roof with me and gave me the estimate I asked for. So far I am impressed with their professionalism.

They were good. I have used their services a couple of times now. They came back a couple of times for little stuff. They are our neighbors. They went an extra mile to come out and check. I didn’t have to spend anything during their last visit. The price for the roofing job was about $15000. Their price was competitive. He said that it was a great deal for me. The quality of their work was fine. They were fine. I recommend them and I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I called and they came out to give estimate all estimates were close to the same price.They came to do roof finished the same day cleaned up.It has been 3 months roof looks good no leaks.Smooth transaction.

After the membrane replacement we still had some leaking after heavy rain. Jon quickly returned to assess the situation, applied a new silicone bead. That seemed to hold but with our recent very heavy rain and wind storms we had a little more leaking. He and his team quickly returned and discovered part of the skylight top flashing was slightly bent which requires a Velux specialist. They gave me a contact who specializes in Velux skylights. Davis is a quality outfit. They respond quickly, are very professional and courteous, and charge a fair price. In my experience customer service is hit or miss. These guys hit it out of the ballpark. I had received other bids on getting this problem fixed, from $3500 to over $5000. And they didn't even go on the roof! I'm very thankful I found these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

What I liked was the gentleman listened to my problem. He advised me on leaf guards and gave me two separate estimates for the roofing repair and the leaf gutter guards. He was very prompt and did excellent work. He is personable and very nice.

They were excellent. They were prompt. They were on time. We had asked them for an estimate. He told us when he would be there with the estimate and he was there. He came to give us the contract at the time he said he would come. They were on time for the job every morning. Everybody was ready to go. They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite. They protected the service area and the whole area that they worked in. They covered the whole house with tarpaulin. They covered the surrounding shrubbery and everything. They picked up all the material and debris when they were done each day. They were very pleasant to work with. I had interviewed 5 different people and 2 of them did not turn up. These guys answered all my questions. Their prices were fair and they provided quality work for the price. They even worked in the rain. They did the roof and some other work for us. They worked together. I provided doughnuts in the morning and lunch in the afternoon. I told them not to worry. They worked very hard. I was very pleased with the way they worked. I have recommended them to other people already. The entire job costed us $21000. I had other work done. The roof job was $19000. It is a timberline roof. It has a full life time warranty on it.

Mike from Davis Roofing came to inspect the roof at the agreed time. He called and said he will mail an estimate, which we received. I had several questions so called Mike's cell phone twice. Did not hear back. I did not follow up further since if it is so hard to get a response before I pay them, will they call me back if there is a problem after the work is completed?

Company was prompt, cordial and kept me in the loop. Felt I could trust them to do the work stated. The previous leaks have been completely eliminated.

Excellent results and I could find no fault with their work. Highly recommended.

The work was done as contracted. The employees were courteous and professional. My landscaping was respected and the area was cleaned up each day after work was completed. The salesman, Mike, visited the worksite each day to check on progress. Several small details were included in the price without additional charge. After completion, we discovered that a thirty year shingle was installed instead of the contracted forty year shingle. When Davis was informed of the discrepancy, they quickly investigated and addressed the issue. We are convinced that it was an honest mistake. The owner, Dan Walsh called the next day and apologized, he explained how the mistake occurred and came to my home within a half hour with a refund check for the difference (about $400) and although I assured him that an apology and a refund was all that was necessary to make the situation right, he went further and arranged for a cracked picture window (unrelated to any work by Davis) to be replaced by an outside contractor at Davis' expense. That work was subsequently performed to our satisfaction.

Jon was very professional, providing thorough details and description of the work recommended. They did everything exactly as promised. I had checked out over 10 of his references and every one of his past customers that I spoke with was completely satisfied. The whole project went very smoothly and we would definitely recommend them again.

The crew was very polite, and once they left you couldn't even tell they had been at my house! They were very accommodating, because I wanted some particular shingles I had seen and they went to the place and got them, and they also went above and beyond when my house was hit by a lightening, and one of the workers who lived close by came for no charge and covered the holes so we wouldn't get any rain inside.
