Description of Work: We've used Bob Smid for years. He may not always be the cheapest, but he does great work, and is courteous, professional, and punctual.

Description of Work: 6 years ago, SMID repaired our old furnace to extend the life - and save us the expense of buying a new furnace. He came to our house at 7pm at night when our furnace stopped working and charged me a very fair price to keep it working. I was truly surprised when he didn't hard sell me on buying a new furnace. So, 6 years later, when it was time to buy a new furnace, I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. SMID is professional, prompt, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and just totally trustworthy.
