technician made the appointment as usual, showed up on time and provided superior service at a reasonable cost. Their service is all inclusive and they come back in between service calls for no additional cost.

So far so good. Liked the way they conducted themselves. Good family operation. Everyone was professional.

Last summer we found piles of sawdust type debri on our floor. We assumed that there was some type of insect problem above in the dropped ceiling , as the dust was coming from the ceiling tiles. It was especially prevalent around the light fixture and in an inside corner of the room. I called this exterminator. They came out, examined the problem and told us that we had carpenter ants. They recommended a treatment plan, and they told us that the monthly plan would solve the problem. We paid a lump sum for the coming year of treatment. I felt that it was quite a bit of money, but I knew that we needed to get rid of the problem before more damage was done. The tech came every month and sprayed various spots around the house. We continued to find piles of sawdust on the floor. We complained to the tech, and he continued to spray. Well, now it has been a year, and still I am finding new piles of debri. I got another bill for next years service. I don't feel; that I should pay for more service when the previous service did not seem to accomplish anything. I called Quik-Kill five times and explained the problem. Each time the office person told me that the manager would call me back. A manager never called me. I am unhappy with their lack of responsiveness to our plight. I feel that their service is lacking, and I do not plan on renewing our contract.

We really like them. We are on a regular monthly service with them. Whenever we have a problem, they are out right away. The people they send out are very professional and they are always on the time that they say. They know where their traps are and they just take care of us. We are very happy. We are on a contract with them pretty much for years.
