Description of Work: They replaced a spring, which they did just fine. They seemed to install it too tightly so we would need to call them out again for adjustment.

Description of Work: Overhead door company installed 3 garage doors with openers. They have 5 year warranty. One door opener stopped working within the 5 year warranty. I called and the repair person came out and stated the board was not a warranty part and would cost $250.00 to repair. He stated that might not fix the problem. A new opener would cost $400.00. He stated I "just got a lemon".

 + -1 moreorginal call, they came out at the time of the appoinment, gave a written job order and answered all my questions. on the day of installation, came out when scheduled and completed the job in time, proper cleanup and excellent workmanship. before leaving, made sure I was happy with the job and everything worked to my satisfaction.
