Description of Work: They installed a complete top-of-the-line garage system for me with a fully insulated door, battery back up, Wi-Fi etc. everything went really well top to bottom and they replaced one of the remotes that they're having major issues with six months later. The two other remote controls I have went out just outside the one year warranty And they said I would have to bring it back to the office to fix. I'm disappointed that in a year and a half all three remotes do not work and I feel this is a problem with the manufacturer that I should not be dealing with. They told me I could use the older remotes that work much better, actually. I explain to them that my parents and grandparents had the same remote for 20 some years growing up and I shouldn't have to be dealing with this. Again, I feel that there is some type of recall for this liftmaster remote and a consumer should not be replacing these every six months.

Description of Work: On Track replaced my spring on emergency! I received a call back within 15 minutes and the service tech arrived at my house within a hour. He was very knowledgable and cleaned up after himself. The price was very reasonable and straight forward. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Description of Work: Steve replaced the springs on the double garage door. He did not think the springs that were on the door were the correct size. I told him that they were the original springs, but he did not believe me. He also did not think the doors were original, which they are. He ended up having to put the new springs on twice because what he replaced them with were not correct. He did fix the loose brackets. Service was so so. Some was good some not so good. Looking to purchase new doors, not certain I would use them again because of the spring mix-up. Also when he was done, he commented that if he had looked at the sticker on the door he would have known what size spring to use.

 + -1 more.It went well. I met with Ron, after we emailed back and forth, scheduled an appt for him to come out. [ I had used this company before to repair my garage door opener] He and I discussed what we [my wife and I] wanted. Matt the installer was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Matt did not do the framing, a man named Dave came, he also was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. The entry looks great, and he even caulk around the entry. Unfortunately, the windows we ordered were not the ones that came in. The company offered an apology and a discount if we want to keep the current windows that were installed or they will ordered the ones we orginally wanted. After all the work was completed, Matt patiently explained all the features to my wife and I. When Matt left, everything was cleaned, no mess, and he even swept the garage floor.
Description of Work: Reframed the doorways, replaced two very old wood garage doors, and replaced two garage door openers with 1/2 horsepower. [org was 1/3 hspwr] .The garage doors we selected were with windows . .
