Milati Window And Door Svc

Lori and Mike are the owners of Milati Glass and Door Service and do their own work. Lori always answers the phones but if she was busy when I called I'd leave her message, and she'd call me back the same day (usually within an hour). Mike also called to introduce himself and came out to my house to write up an estimate. He called again when we was done and emailed the estimate to me the same day. I was so impressed with the service they had provided so far that I ordered the glass and paid for it upfront even though they only require a 50% deposit. When Mike came to my house to fix the window, he was on time to the minute, told me how long it would take him to complete and answered all my questions. He is a very nice and personable person as is his wife Lori. Lori and Mike are very professional and they take pride in their work. The price they charged was extreamly reasonable and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I couldn't have picked a better company for the job and highly recommend them if you need this type of service. I was so satisfied I tipped them and extra $100 and told them Merry Chtristmas!! You can't go wrong if you choose this company. They are based out of Joliet. A++++!!!!

I spent months researching brands of windows and window companies. I finally decided to go with Sunrise windows and worked with Albar Windows for the purchase and installation. I will review Albar at another time, this review regards Milati Window and Door who provided warranty repair on the Sunrise product. After waiting a month for the windows to arrive and another few weeks for the installation, one of the casement windows had several problems. The window crank was broken, the sleeve around the lock was broken and there was a gap in the window closure. Albar brought in the rep for Sunrise and within a week they sent out their repairman. Milati did an excellent job and was able to repair the window completly. I was very pleased with Mike (Milati) as he was neat, on time and his work was well done. They apparently do warranty work on a number of brands of windows and his repair work may be an alternative to an expensive window replacement. A great resource for window and door repairs!
