carpet cleaners, house cleaning
+ 0 moreI booked an appointment for an estimate with this company, they reconfirmed an hour before our scheduled appointment time, and then totally blew us off. Didn't call. Didn't message through social media, which was our initial point of contact. When I messaged them to explain that I was a bit miffed about their no-show, the response was a "thumbs up" emoji. Super unprofessional. I responded by asking what the deal was, and was met with a lukewarm apology and a half-assed offer for a free carpet cleaning in one room contingent on booking our grout cleaning with them. If they can't even show up for the estimate, why on earth would I hire them to do my floors? Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Description of Work: Grout cleaning in 4 rooms and carpet cleaning in 3 rooms.
