 + 1 moreThey were very reasonable, that's why we use them. My experience was good. We wouldn't have any problem in using them again.
Description of Work: I used Joliet Disposal Inc. It was basically a rental thing that we did with them and they were very good to work with and very cooperative as far as time schedule and everything. I used them probably a year and a half ago.

 + -1 moreThe price on Waste Management garbage pickup has been creeping up in the last year in our area. I called the Joliet Disposal Office to requested a quote on residential garbage pickup since many people on my street have been using them. After the third attempt at contacting the office, the person who answered the phone said that the representatives were busy and that they would call me back in 5 minutes. That was over a month ago. I rated their responsiveness as an "F".

 + 0 moreJoliet Disposal was a very nice dumpster company. My neighbor ended up ordering a waste container from them as well for their remodel project.
Description of Work: I was having my roof and siding redone and ordered a dumpster from Joliet Disposal. The woman on the phone was very nice. They were able to get me a dumpster when I needed it. The driver was very helpful when it arrived. great prices too.

 + -1 moreI called and Joliet Disposal had a dumpster out the following day. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend this waste company to everyone. I ended up getting a roll-off container from Three Rivers Waste / Joliet Disposal to clean out the basement as well and their delivery service was just as good. They picked up the waste dumpster when I was done.
Description of Work: I was looking for a garbage company to service my commercial business on a weekly basis because my current company has been raising their prices every month. I decided to do some price checking and found Joliet Disposal to be the most competitive and the nicest on the phone.
