 + -1 moreIndividuals arrived as scheduled to apply the products. They removed weeds from cracks prior to the application. Before they started the process they reminded me to remove my vehicle from the garage so it wouldn't be stuck. The process was quick, only a few hours. and the cure process was 24 hours. The end result was satisfactory for the low price I was charged. They also set up a barrier to prevent the fresh coating from being walked/driven on. I would hire them again.
Description of Work: JB Topcoating applied a topcoat to my asphalt driveway.

concrete repair
 + -1 moreIt has been about five months since the work was completed, and the concrete apron of my garage still looks great! This is the second time I have written a review of this job for Angie's List - If they lose this one, too, I won't be doing it again.
Description of Work: Concrete apron of our garage (the part that projects out from under the overhead door into the outdoors) had been deteriorating/crumbling for several years. JB chiseled out all of the crevices and holes so that there were no more pieces of concrete ready to break loose. They then troweled onto the entire apron, what I recall was a mixture of concrete and epozy, in a gray color similar to that of the original concrete. It was smoothed out, and looked very professional after it dried. A month or so later, I brushed on a concrete sealant as I was advised to do.

 + 3 moreWe were extremely happy with the service we received. The owner is very personable, easy to work with, is very knowledgeable about his work. In addition to doing a great job, he promptly responded to our request which is most important when I hire someone. I would recommend his work to anyone. I didn't know until I got his card that he does a number of other things like concrete repair, so I am now considering having some concrete work done. He also does commercial work so I appreciate knowing he's available to take care of residential needs.
