+ -1 moreI emailed J&A and explained that my carpet needed to be refastened in several locations. They got back to me very quickly and explained what they could do that would resolve the problem. They were able to come out on a Saturday which worked great for my schedule. They arrived just as they scheduled. The 2 gentlemen repaired/tacked and reattached my carpet in several locations, including one I added, and were done within 90 minutes. They cleaned up everything. I was very happy with the outcome and would definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreMichael and his team were punctual and expedient! They did a wonderful job in a very reasonable amount of time. And his price was very fair. He was in constant communication with me from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend Michael and J&A Carpet Service.
Description of Work: All carpeting going up stairs and the entire second floor was removed. He then replaced all carpeting and padding with new.
