They were great. Arrived on time, did the work and went above and beyond when asked. It's good to have someone reliable to work with. I own a small hotel and call them in periodically to re-carpet a room. Quick service & quality is important to me and they've never let me down.

After submitting my request to home advisor I had a price on my repair within 30 minutes. 24 hours later the repair is completed and looks fantastic!! I would highly recommend them!! Good guys

Good service, very affordable. The only complaint I have is that they left carpet remnants in my back porch instead of taking it with them to discard.

The quality of work was great the only thing was he charged me more money than he quoted over the phone when he came to my house it was a custom job when he seen my theater room where the carpet was installed..

I would first like to say that Adrian and his crew(3men) were on time to do carpet patch work in our upstairs bedroom and re-stretching our living room carpet. It took them about 40 minutes to finish those 2 things and cost $150.00- thought it could of been less like $80-$100 but whatever they did the job and it is nice work. That is where it stops as everything else is down hill.... I get home from work and go upstairs remind you all our other rooms doors are locked and bathroom door is closed shut. I walk into bathroom(door cracked open) and the toilet seat is up and the sink is filthy with dirt splatter all over and even on the wall! How rude and disgusting! First Adrian and his crew should have asked my husband if they could use the bathroom out of respect and he would of been directed to use basement bathroom(obviously door is closed for a reason),second if you do go ahead and use someone else bathroom(without asking) do not leave it like that as that is not how you found it that just plain nasty. Lastly I had called Adrian right away to inform him and he was not apologetic at all saying "Oh its not my fault, it must have been one of my guys, well I'm sorry ". First off please as a business man take some accountability for your own actions and it is your fault that is your team,your men, your crew your company name on the line. Customer service is a biggie for me and Adrian being nonchalant really says something about his character and how his company conduct business. I was really looking forward to give him a great review after the hubby told me they came and did good work but that is before he seen the bathroom damage they caused as he stepped away and returned and at that time they already had left. At the end of the day did they do the work yes is it acceptable yes would I recommend them NO based on customer service no one should have to put up with people that are arrogant and does not take accountability for their/their members carelessness!!!!! So for that they get 1 star overall.
