Adrian and the crew were courteous and quick. Very professional. They did an excellent job. Adrian came to the house to give an estimate and take a look at the scope of the job. The other two companies only gave vague estimates over the phone. I didn't want any surprises and didn't have any with J&A.

they took their shoes off inside the house, keep most of their tools outside until needed and cleaned up after their work. very pleased with the quality and how they did their job. would highly recommend them.

The guys were timely, courtesy and made certain the area was clear of any debris.

We had a few area's of carpet that needed to be re-stretched, it wasn't a big job yet J&A handled it like it was!!!! They showed up on time, they are,friendly and very professional! No Mess was left when they completed the job! I would highly recommend J&A service's to everyone needing carpeting/flooring services!!!!

I requested a quote last night. He fit me in to his schedule today to accommodate me. The carpet looks great and the price was reasonable. I will keep his number for future work.

I had then remove a transition piece between my carpet and hardwood flooring. They had to stretch the carpeting to make it work. I also had them repair damaged carpeting. They did both jobs well and in a timely manner.

They were polite, courteous and professional. I would use them again.
