Heritage Hardwood Flooring

Beware; Bill was very friendly on my consultation. I hired and explained to him that I'd never done amthing like this and would need his edvice along the way. He outsourced the job to another company and two man performed the work. they told me they were there own company and that Bill outsourced to them all the tim. Job included replacing base boards for an $300.00 extra. I ended up with plastic basebaords l, Bill never said a thing and the install was a was bad - see photos. The floors have several spots where they tried to cover chips and the wood itself itself is dividing from one another (less then 3 months later). Bill never came back to my house to ensure the job was done right/good. Even with my request that he do so, he said it wasn't nessary and no. I had to communicate via text messaging and pictures. In the end he said they could do the baseboards again bUt it would be another $300.00. My kitchen sink was used for cleaning thier tools. I have a sink in the garge. A light was broken, Bill blame me. I was so disappointed, and now whenever I Look at my floors or baseboards it bring that that stress back. I picked the color/shade i wanted and didnt get that either. I would bever hire Haritage Hardwood again. A terrible experience

Bill and his guys did a wonderful job! They were on time, on budget, and finished earlier than anticipated! They left no waste, cleaned up after themselves! AND my floors look new again!

Bill and his team were phenomenal. They got in and out and did beautiful work. We hope to use them again in our new home.
