Exquisite Carpet Cleaning made everything so easy. The receptionist was very friendly, answering all of my questions and worked around my schedule. The technician called on the way, was extremely knowledgeable, explained the process before he started the work, and did a great job. My carpets look and smell great, and they dried pretty quickly, too! I will HIGHLY recommend Exquisite Carpet Cleaning to everyone i know.

Cleaner arrived on time (and called before coming). He was very polite and professional. These carpets were old (living room about 10 years old and the other carpets probably 20 yrs old). They were never professionally cleaned before. We were AMAZED at how clean the carpets looked when he was done! The carpets dried overnight, and the buyers were delighted when they came to the walk through the next day. I would certainly recommend Exquisite to my friends.

They showed up approx. 1 hour late. They cleaned the carpets fairly quickly and did a good job cleaning the carpet. There were old stains which had been set in that weren?t able to come up. They ended up tripping a breaker and didn't tell anyone. They just plugged the carpet cleaner into an outlet on another breaker and continued to clean. They weren?t bad but not great.

They were punctual, check out everything I wanted done, gave me suggestions and quoted me a price which was very fair. They went to work immediately and did a wonderful job, They were very friendly and kept me posted on what they were doing. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning and for any other cleaning service they do. My leather sofa looked like new when they were finished. They also cleaned up after and left my house in immaculate condition.

This is the second time we have used Exquisite Carpet Care. Very reasonable price, with superior results. We have three dogs and two kids, so needless to say, our carpets get abused. Paul and his helper were on time, all equipment is truck mounted, and within 90 minutes they were done. The carpeting was unbelievably clean! Also cleaned two area rugs which looked brand new. And unlike carpet cleaners who in the past have tried to ram additional services down your throat while on site, none of that here.The guys are very professional, focused and polite.
