Kenny was recommended to me by a friend on Facebook. I was able to make contact with him through Facebook to schedule an appointment for the following week. He contacted me on day of appointment to let me know that he would be delayed because of previous appointment taking longer than expected. This was not a problem as I would be home all day and it is reasonable to expect that service providers don't always know how long another job may take until they actually get started. Kenny showed up at the rescheduled time and went ahead with his cleaning and inspection. Everything went well and there were no problems. I even got a discount on the normal price because of the referral through our mutual friend.

Ken was fantastic!! He came out the weekend before, evaluated my current situation which included a damaged air conditioner that was too small for the home I bought and pointed out that the water heater was leaking. The following Friday (due to my schedule) he came out promptly at 8 am and worked straight through until 3 pm. He replaced the old air conditioner unit, ran all new copper tubing, cleaned my whole furnace and ran new larger duct work to allow for better air flow in my home. He installed the new thermostat and showed me how to work it, then finished up his day with installing my water heater. He helped me get set up with a company to do the financing for my new air conditioner and was just all around a great guy. Definitely go with Dupree for all your heating and cooling needs.
