If you leave a phone message he returns your call within 20 minutes! As we are a historical building in downtown Joliet, IL, respect for our building and furniture was important. Dennis & Allie made sure to protect the wood areas of the furniture when cleaning the upholstery. His pricing was very fair and I would HIGHLY recommend him. Our organization is located in a downtown Joliet office building and we hired D's to clean 2,700 square feet of stained, old, industrial carpeting. What a difference when they cleaned the carpeting! Dennis was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was up front with me and let me know what stains he thought would come out and which ones wouldn't. He charged me the price that he quoted me on the phone, no hidden costs! He was very respectful of my home and took every precaution to make sure he did not damage anything in the process of cleaning. I was thinking I would have to replace my carpet, but now it looks so good, I think I can keep it for a few more years! Great carpet cleaning - very thorough. Dennis was very knowledgeable and professional, even followed up with me after the carpet was dry to make sure it turned out well. Did a much better job than Stanley Steemer who cleaned my carpets last time.

Awesome cleaning. Thought i would need to put new carpet but when they cleaned it looked brand new ..would recommend fast service and they came the next day.

Ok first let me say that I highly recommend D's. I had my carpets done and couch and love seat. Dennis set expectations and fully explained what could and couldn't be done. After the work was completed which took him and his daughter almost 4 hrs . the carpet and couches looked GREAT. He puts the time and effort in to completely satisfy his customers.
