Went very well. Pristinely cleaned all upholstery surfaces. Was timely. And left no messes. Would use again without hesitation!

It was excellent. He was a nice fellow, very pleasant and courteous. He called back today to see how everything was. Everything came out great. It was beautiful.

They are punctual and willing to reschedule when their is conflict. At one point they met us on a Saturday. It is a family operation. The owners daughter was present at one point and doing very heavy work for a woman. She was very focused. After repeated trips of trying to get the dog vomit out, they had to come back with a harsher product to get it out. I wish they would have used the harsher product to begin with and not have used so many less harsh products and the "wait and see what will happen" approach.

As the carpet dried I could see spots appearing. We called Dennis to let him know and he came back out twice to take care of it. Evidently there had been spills that soaked into the padding and the stain was leaching out. He came back and promptly took care of the stains. The carpet looks brand new and we couldn't be happier. I will use this service again and will recommend it highly.

I found D's Carpet and Upholstery online and filled out a request for an estimate. Dennis (the owner) called the next day and gave us an estimate based on my description of what was to be cleaned. I called him back the following day and scheduled an appointment for the very next week. When Dennis and his assistant arrived, they immediately got to work. He was very personable and friendly, but also very serious about his work. They worked for six hours straight (and didn't even stop for lunch) to make sure they completed everything in a timely fashion. When they finished, the carpets looked great. We have two kids and two dogs, and this was our first carpet cleaning in 5 years. Dennis was able to work a miracle with them. The couches were also quite dirty because of the kids and dogs, but smelled fresh and looked like new when they were done. Everything was picked up when they completed, and Dennis called two days after the service just to make sure that we were still satisfied once the carpets had completely dried. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their timeliness and the price paid for the service. It was money well spent and I would highly suggest utilizing this company.
